Taipei Classic
The Classic Taiwanese street-style bao. It starts with a succulent slab of pork belly slow-braised in our rich and aromatic family-recipe broth for hours. Served with house mustard greens, cilantro, and a classic crushed red sugar and peanut topping. Simple yet so good.
Bao Ssam
Inspired by the traditional Korean dish, bossam (보쌈), this bao has the best of two worlds. With a thick slab of tender pork belly, it's topped off with refreshing pickled daikon and carrots, and drizzled in our secret spicy gochujang aioli.
T.P.C.
Our spin on the famous Taiwanese popcorn chicken (台灣鹽酥雞 – táiwān yán sū jī), a popular street food and an addictive snack that is a staple of Taiwanese night markets. It features succulent, marinated chicken fried in our special flour and seasoning mixture to crispy, golden perfection. Each piece is tossed in five-spice seasoning and topped with fried basil.
Korokke
Korokke is a Japanese-French inspired bao that is crispy, decadent, and delicious without the meat (Mom did say eat more veggies, right?). Hand-shaped patties made from golden potato, carrots, and carmelized sweet onions, then fried to perfection in Japanese panko. Paired with shredded cabbage and drizzled with a sweet katsu sauce.
Smashed Cukes
Crunchy cucumber pieces tossed in a garlicky sauce packed with flavor and zing. Served with cilantro and chili crisp oil.
Mac Salad
Creamy and delicious macaroni salad just the way mom made it. A perfect side to any bao dish.
Farm Greens
A medley of fresh greens with house-made dressing on the side.
Egg Custard Buns
Small, pillowy-soft buns filled with warm, lightly-sweet egg custard. A crowd-favorite treat topped with black sesame seeds and a drizzle of condensed milk.
